Bar Uerukamu is your neighborhood sake & tapas bar. You can enjoy unique Japanese tapas, nigiri sushi, and carefully selected Japanese craft sake.
Our sake list offers the opportunity to try a variety of craft sake from all over Japan, many of which aren't available at many other places in LA. Whether you are trying sake for the first time, or you are a sake connoisseurs, we are here for you to find your next favorite you didn't even know existed.
We are casual. We are proudly a "I just came back from a long day at work, and had a quick shower and came for a drink or two" type of joint. If you're ready to have a good time, our door is open for you.

Do you take reservations?
Yes we do! For the safety and the smoothest operation under the circumstance, the reservations are now required. Please call us and leave us a message with details of your reservation, and we will call back. We cannot take walk-in guests at the moment.
Do you have parking?
We are located in a big plaza, and there is a PLENTY of parking space in the evenings. We also encourage our patrons to use lyft/uber to fully enjoy our sake experience.
How much is your Omakase?
Our Omakase ("trust the chef") does not have a pre-set menu or pre-set price. The chef will improvise on the spot and serve what he thinks you'll enjoy the most. Some people eat a lot, some less. Some nights are cold, some hot. If you're here for the first time, you can expect a few of our signature dishes. As for the price, we've seen anywhere from $60 to $170 per person. Since we only have one chef, we cannot always accommodate Omakase depending on the day/time/how the night is looking. If you know you'd like to do omakase, kindly let us know when you make a reservation.
Do you have vegan dishes?
We'll be transparent here -- Japanese cuisine are traditionally made with many non vegan-friendly ingredients, such as fish broth. You will find a few dishes, but not many. Just want to be honest upfront. ..But did you know Sake is vegan (AND gluten-free AND sulfite-free)?
I don't know much about Sake. Will I be able to enjoy?
Of course! That's even more fun and that's what we are here for. Feel free to ask us any question or recommendation for sake. No judgement. If Sake is not your thing, don't worry at all. We have Japanese beer on tap, Shochu, chu-hi, wine and more. And of course, some hot green tea to sober up.
Do you offer delivery or takeouts?
As we focus on in-person dining experience, we no longer offer takeout / delivery service. (*Please note that we do not work with any third-party delivery app. If you see our name there, it's not us and an order will not go through.)
Can I purchase gift cards?
Thank you for your interest! You can purchase them online here or at the restaurant in-person.
